Overview HTS Helicopters is hiring an Aviation Parts Production Manager to lead procurement and production of specialized helicopter parts (e.g. bearings, housings, gears, fittings) built to Sikorsky drawings. Many items may have very long lead times (50+ weeks), so precision, planning, and aviation expertise are essential. FAA A P license and a background in heavy helicopters (CH-54, CH-53, SK-64 or CH-47 Airframes) required. Work schedule is M–F. Location: 210k sq ft Aurora facility, 14497 Keil Rd Ne, Aurora OR 97002. What You Must Have

Strong, hands-on experience in aviation — especially with heavy or large helicopters.

Deep understanding of technical drawings, specifications, tolerances, and aerospace grade materials.

Proven success managing long lead-time procurement and production schedules.

Excellent organizational, supplier relationship, and communication skills.

Work schedule is M–F, located at the Aurora facility (address above).

Job Description

Lead procurement and production of specialized helicopter parts (e.g. bearings, housings, gears, fittings) built to Sikorsky drawings.

Manage items with long lead times and ensure precision, planning, and aviation compliance.

Oversee the full lifecycle of special-built parts: order initiation, supplier management, tracking, inspection, and delivery.

Ensure parts meet Sikorsky drawing standards and all relevant aviation quality regulations.

Anticipate delays in long lead-time items and adjust schedules proactively to mitigate risk.

Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and inventory/supply chain teams for seamless integration.
