Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas
Shift: Day shift, 5AM-5PM, hours may vary depending on demand
Responsibilities
Manage all production activities and direct teams to achieve production goals. Lead department managers and supervisors effectively. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. Oversee production processes for bottled water products. Provide coaching to meet outputs and schedules. Communicate production targets and priorities. Develop annual operating plans and manage capital projects. Implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives. Maintain production and inventory records; generate reports. Ensure compliance with permits and safety regulations. Manage employee recruitment, training, performance, and termination processes. Qualifications
BA/BS in Industrial Management or relevant experience. Experience in the Food and Beverage industry preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of financial analysis and P&L management. Understanding of microbiology, quality assurance, HACCP, and GMPs. Knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines. Understanding of environmental health and sanitation.
