full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian

Urgent Care Only
– no wellness visits or routine vaccinations
No abdominal surgeries required

Supportive, technician-driven care model
Flexible scheduling options including swing/second shifts

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage urgent medical conditions (e.g., vomiting/diarrhea, wounds, lameness, minor infections)
Administer medications, fluids, and perform diagnostics
Educate clients on treatment options and aftercare
Document cases using a cloud-based EMR system
Collaborate with veterinarians, techs, and support staff for seamless patient care
Mentor support staff and help them grow via the
LevelUp training program
Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE program)
Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in
Arizona
1–3 years’ experience in urgent care or small animal general practice preferred
Strong clinical skills and confidence in decision-making
Positive attitude, excellent communicator, and team player
