Primary Therapist Adult RES Mood & Anxiety Program Details: Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Program Age Group: Adult (should be willing to also work with c/a) Level of care: RES Who we are ERC Pathlight is an innovative, rapidly growing clinical leader in the behavioral health sector. Founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists in the eating disorder space, ERC Pathlight now treats over 6,000 patients per year, operates more than 30 facilities in 9 states and delivers tele-healthcare to patients nationally. We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

Primary Therapist I Must haves:

Master’s or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field

Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy

Experience with individual/family therapy preferred

Primary Therapist II Must Haves:

Has obtained and maintains a full clinical mental health license as required by state

Has carried significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities

Primary Therapist III Must Haves:

At least 3 years post licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma related disorders

Some experience supervising other clinicians

Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist I role is $80,000- $90,000 Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist II role is $90,500- $105,000 Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist III role is $105,000- $125,000
