At Mass General Brigham Home Care, we bring skilled, non-acute care to patients in their own homes. Our services help patients recover from illness or injury, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their independence and dignity in familiar surroundings. As a Phlebotomist, you'll play a crucial role in our interdisciplinary care teams by performing timely and accurate blood draws and specimen collections that help guide life-changing medical decisions.
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Phlebotomist to work in Sudbury, Dorchester, Dover and surrounding areas.
In this role, you’ll work independently, providing 1-on-1, high-quality specimen collection in a variety of home environments. You'll be supported by a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and care coordinators, all working together to deliver the highest level of care.
Ideal candidates are skilled phlebotomists with experience in both routine and complex draws, who are comfortable working independently in the field and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll be seeing about 7-8 patients per day, with time built in for travel, documentation, and coordination.

**Job Summary**Mass General Brigham Home Care provides non-acute, medically necessary skilled care in the home to help “homebound” patients recover from illness or injury and manage exacerbations of chronic disease.
