Part-time Industrial Nurse Practitioner — Location: Multiple sites in the greater Milwaukee area. Schedule: Hours vary based on client needs, with 20 hours per week required.

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Physician Assistant to deliver onsite occupational health services across various industrial client locations. This role includes preventative care, acute treatment, health coaching, and emergency response in a workplace setting. The provider will work under the supervision of the Medical Director and collaborate with onsite clinic staff and client leadership.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
Conduct physical exams, screenings, and health assessments
Assist with audiograms, vaccine clinics, post-offer evaluations, biometrics, and respirator fit testing
Provide patient education and counseling, including wellness coaching and biometric lab reviews
Deliver acute care including mobile x-ray interpretation, lab draws, differential diagnosis, and symptom management
Perform procedures such as:
Venipuncture
IM/SQ vaccinations
Suturing/stapling
Splinting of sprains/strains
Foreign body removal (eyes and ears)
TB skin testing
EKG interpretation
Respirator fit testing and physicals
Lead wellness initiatives including lunch and learn sessions and educational material distribution
Support clinic operations including documentation, inventory, and compliance
Travel between client sites as needed
Qualifications
Licensed NP or PA in Wisconsin with current DEA registration
BLS certification (AHA required)
Experience in occupational health, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying client needs
