Role Responsibilities: Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom, fiber, and FTTx construction projects from start to finish. Ensure the inspection and readiness of optical mainline and drop networks for successful product deployments. Interface with customer representatives for project updates, changes, and reports, ensuring seamless communication. Oversee that construction standards, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed throughout each project. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing telecom or fiber construction projects. Proven ability to coordinate and oversee complex construction activities. Strong understanding of network design and deployment standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective customer and team interactions.
