Responsibilities Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
