Plant Facility Manager
to oversee our manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards
Supervise and develop Shift Managers and Maintenance teams
Drive safety culture and ensure OSHA, GMP, and food safety compliance
Collaborate with QA, HR, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functions to support operational success
Oversee capital projects and facility improvements in partnership with the Senior Manager of Engineering
Build a high-performance culture focused on KPIs, associate engagement, and continuous improvement
Develop and manage the facility’s operating budget, resource planning, and cost controls
Ensure maintenance programs, preventive measures, and contractor coordination are in place
Champion employee development, training, and performance reviews
Support product commercialization and manage transition into full‑scale production
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Food Science, or related field required
MBA preferred
7–10 years of plant management or manufacturing leadership experience (frozen food industry strongly preferred)
Proven experience managing large teams and leading through others
Excellent understanding of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards
Strong budgeting, planning, and cross‑functional leadership capabilities
Comfortable in fast‐paced, high‑volume production environments
