passionate and experienced Lead Veterinarian
to join their thriving, multi-doctor team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a

Leadership Opportunity : Guide the veterinary team, deliver gold-standard care, and play a key role in shaping the clinic’s growth and medical excellence.

Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian
Deliver High-Quality Medical Care : Diagnose, treat, and perform surgery on companion animals.
Team Management : Oversee and support scheduling, staff development, and clinic flow.
Client Communication : Educate pet owners and build trust through compassion and transparency.
Mentorship & Development : Lead the team using internal
LevelUp training programs
and clinical guidance.
Medical Oversight : Serve as Veterinarian of Record; ensure compliance with veterinary medical standards.
Community Engagement : Strengthen relationships with local pet owners and organizations in the Jensen Beach area.
Qualifications
DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution or completion of ECFVG/PAVE.
5+ years of clinical experience
preferred.
Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Active or eligible Florida veterinary license in good standing.
