Medical Director, Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Unit Start Date: ASAP | Pay Rate: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 Children's Specialty Group (CSG), a Physician-Owned Private Practice, seeks a Medical Director of Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care leadership opportunity at CHKD. You will lead a prestigious academic team to enhance care for the most vulnerable patients and enjoy competitive compensation, academic appointments, and the coastal lifestyle of Norfolk, Virginia. Responsibilities
Lead a prestigious academic team within the Children's Specialty Group and oversee the Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Unit
Oversee clinical care and program development for pediatric cardiac critical care
Collaborate with cardiac surgery, diagnostic imaging, obstetrics, neonatal care, and pediatric intensive care specialists
Work with a dedicated team of 8 board-eligible PICU physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Engage in academic appointments at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) and pursue partnership opportunities within CSG
