The ideal candidate will have a desire to build a general ENT practice with an emphasis in facial plastics trauma or sleep surgery. Join a strong three-provider, patient-centered practice with the support of two audiologists and two APPs. An integrated, multi-specialty health system with a strong referral base will allow you to quickly build and establish your practice. There is low-volume practice call and an opportunity to participate in the large, established community call pool supporting ENT and facial trauma call at Medical Center of the Rockies, Poudre Valley Hospital, Harmony ED and transfer coverage support from Northern Colorado, Wyoming and parts of Western Nebraska. A brand new clinic at Mason Street Medical Center in Fort Collins offers individual offices and state-of-the-art equipment, including two in-suite audiology booths, in-suite vestibular testing, and in-house advanced audiology testing. EPIC EMR is used system-wide. Responsibilities
Join a strong three-provider, patient-centered ENT practice with support staff and audiology resources. Collaborate within an integrated, multi-specialty health system to build and establish your practice. Provide low-volume practice call coverage as part of the team. Participate in community call pools for ENT and facial trauma call coverage across multiple facilities and transfer coverage from Northern Colorado, Wyoming and parts of Western Nebraska. Utilize a brand-new clinic with state-of-the-art equipment including in-suite audiology and vestibular testing, and in-house advanced audiology testing. Operate within the EPIC EMR system across the network. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 8/22/2025. We are unable to support visa candidates for this position. Qualifications

The pay range for this full-time position is $458,000-$508,000 annually. A quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered, if applicable. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates. Paid malpractice coverage. Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance. 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible. Comprehensive health and welfare benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage for dependents where eligible.
