Float Pool Opportunities Our Float Pool units are fast-paced and include high-acuity patients. The Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and development for each team member.
Patient Population:
ICU Float Pool floats to CTICU, ECMO, MICU, NEURO ICU, TRAUMA ICU.
Patient Ratios:
Vary by unit.
Unit selling points:
The Float Pool is supportive and encourages staff to flourish, grow, and take on new tasks. The unit provides flexibility, support, and potential for professional growth.
Shift:
3, 12-Hour shifts from 7:00pm – 7:00am.

Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
2 years RN ICU experience required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of starting.
