Job Description

Pick up and deliver samples from clients, project sites, and field staff in a timely and professional manner.

Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.

Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and chain-of-custody procedures during transport.

Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with company regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff regarding scheduling and deliveries.

Laboratory Technician Duties

Receive, log, and prepare samples for analysis according to established protocols.

Assist analysts with routine testing, preparation, and basic instrumentation tasks.

Perform data entry, documentation, and quality control checks to maintain accurate records.

Follow all safety procedures, quality standards (AIHA, NVLAP, ELAP, etc.), and laboratory SOPs.

Support inventory management and general laboratory upkeep.

Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED Required

Valid Drivers License Required

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

Is punctual, reliable, and exercises good judgment

Ability to interact with clients as a responsible representative of the company

ADDITIONAL KSAS

Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced, highly professional environment.

VISION REQUIREMENT

Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches/50 centimeters or less) Required

Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet/6 meters or more) Required

Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given post) Required

Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distance and three-dimensional relationship) Required

Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus) Required

Ability to see color Required
