Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring: Cafe Manager - Amazon in Santa Clara

$80,000 - $85,000 / year

Overview

We’re seeking a hands‑on Café Manager to oversee commissary food production, retail marketplaces, and an onsite coffee bar at our Amazon location. This is a full‑time, onsite role scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts between 7:00 AM–4:30 PM. The Café Manager is responsible for daily operations, team supervision, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and supervise associates
• Manage daily café operations and ensure service excellence
• Oversee sanitation and safety compliance
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and special events
• Monitor and operate within budget, identifying areas for improvement
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant foodservice or hospitality management experience
• Experience in corporate dining, restaurants, hotels, healthcare, or similar environments
• Working knowledge of foodservice equipment and cash handling procedures
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ServSafe or local health certification preferred
