About the Role

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is hiring a motivated, goal‑oriented sales professional to join our Proximity Marketing Team. This is an active, face‑to‑face role where you will be out in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners who already know our brand. You will receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Approach potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
• Communicate and explain our products and services clearly.
• Collaborate closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
• Provide a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
• Handle rejection with resilience, self‑awareness, and a positive mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to the office.
