Overview

Infosys is seeking a Data Analyst in the Financial Domain. As a Consultant, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, solution design, development, configuration, and deployment. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and support proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.

Responsibilities

  • Define business problems and propose solutions.
  • Lead development, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
  • Provide client training and support.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a global delivery model.
  • Conduct monthly data quality and completeness reviews.
  • Analyze trends, identify gaps, and support remediation of data issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in Financial Services and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with regulatory reporting or compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Fast‑paced, collaborative work environment experience.
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience in a global delivery environment.

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation for the Pennington, NJ location: Min - 76,145 to Max - 98,989.
