Role Summary

Results‑driven leader with a passion for logistics, team development, and continuous improvement. Oversees daily workflows, enhances team productivity, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse associates to meet safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Promote a safety‑first culture through training, oversight, and daily operational checks.
• Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs.
• Oversee processing of warranty claims and customer returns, collaborating with Operations and Customer Service to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance coaching for new and existing team members.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization using 5S methodology and best practices.
• Foster open communication and alignment across departments to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost‑efficiency, speed, and service.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet.
