Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees and coordinates warehouse functions for a Branch Location, supporting productivity for foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete restoration. The role ensures an efficient and safe warehouse environment by implementing effective processes, procedures, and methods.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete tasks related to warehouse distribution of materials to crews, customer work locations, and within the warehouse
• Manage a safe and clean work environment
• Organize inventory area and tool room based on operational best practices
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff
• Coordinate receipt and safety of goods
• Ensure orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in expected quantities
• Work with Branch Management and Senior Management to assess labor and output needs
• Collaborate with all departments and locations across the organization
• Read and digest reports, data, statistics, and similar information
• Build relationships crucial to organizational success
• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle issues expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion
• Operate or train to operate a forklift (required)
• Occasional travel
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of warehouse management experience
• Knowledge of current OSHA and forklift operator license preferred
• Understanding of structural foundations, waterproofing, and products is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as required
• Comfortable navigating computers, tablets, and software

Physical Requirements

• Manual and physical, lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs or more; walking and standing for extended periods
