Receptionists are responsible for:
- Greeting all visitors.
- Answering the telephone.
- Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
- Providing administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred).
- A minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
- Prior multi-line phone experience.
Physical Requirements: This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
