Position: Recruiter • Location: Remote (San Antonio, TX) • Reports To: VP of People Operations • Compensation: $45,000‑$55,000 annually • Job Type: Full-time • FLSA Status: Exempt/Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for Registered Behavioral Technician roles across EBH.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open roles, typically Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews or clinic visits between candidates and recruiting staff or hiring manager.
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job descriptions on the career page, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate candidate records.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Support recruiting events and initiatives as needed, such as career fairs and virtual hiring events.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects within the HR department as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a growing organization.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an Applicant Tracking System, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
