Human Resources Generalist
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources function within our Workforce Solutions team. This individual will provide comprehensive support to employees and management, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure HR policies and programs are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and/or participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
- Assist in the administration of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent review and feedback processes.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Collaborate with HR COE partners to support the administration of compensation programs, including salary benchmarking and annual merit reviews.
- Identify development needs and assist in the coordination or delivery of development programs as required.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
- HR Certification.

Salary: $55,700.00 – $85,600.00
