Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR Specialist located in Fontana, CA.
Typical Day
- Collaborate with managers on talent needs, recruiting, and development.
- Advise site management on employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR policies.
- Participate in site and corporate projects and process improvements.
- Promote company culture and support managers on change management.
- Consult on HR trends, labor laws, and policy interpretation.
- Assist employee life cycle activities (onboarding, orientation, merit, separation).
- Support recruitment programs and maintain external partnerships.
- Assist with employee investigations and review policy and labor law violations; resolve employee relations issues.
- Design programs to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain required records and ensure legal compliance.
- Partner on compensation and benefit programs; administer local benefits.
- Support global HR initiatives locally and communicate programs to employees.
- Lead or support sustainability initiatives and events.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function.
- 1-2 years of Human Resources or related experience.
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex’ functional standards.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.
- Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization from production associates through executives.
- Responds to customer complaints, employee issues and regulatory agency inquiries.

Pay Range (Applicable to California) $63,100.00 USD - $86,700.00 USD
