Location: Whitewater, WI | Salary: $90,600 – $117,800 | Employment Type: Full‑time | Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to anticipate needs, lead strategy, and utilize analytics for decision‑making.
• Advocate for employees, model core values, promote diversity, and sustain change through engagement.
• Collaborate across teams, align talent with strategy, and deliver unified HR solutions.
• Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee complaints in collaboration with plant leadership.
• Analyze employee turnover metrics and implement strategies to enhance retention.
• Oversee workers’ compensation cases in partnership with plant leadership.
• Partner with leadership on succession planning and development of high‑potential talent.
• Recruit for open positions directly or leverage recruiting firms to fill vacancies.
• Support the performance management process, providing coaching and tools to drive accountability and engagement.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver relevant training programs to employees at the plant leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years HR experience with 5+ years in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• BA degree.
