Job Overview

Compete for the Janitor position at ESFM (Compass Group) located at 2200 Willis Miller Drive, Hudson, WI 54016.

Position Details

• Type: Full‑time
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm
• Pay: $19.54 per hour
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience; preferred sanitation training.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following infection control plans.
• Dust, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and restore placement.
• Wipe down walls, windows, furniture, baseboards to maintain a clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Seek out areas needing cleaning and complete the task proactively.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of previous janitorial or cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and move equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
