What You'll Do :

As an LVN in Lubbock, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to residents across multiple group homes and facilities. Your expertise in managing g-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies will be essential in ensuring our residents receive safe and personalized care. With a schedule from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., you'll work in a rewarding environment that values your hands‑on skills and dedication.

Required Skills :

• Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, group homes, hospital, or correctional settings
• Proficiency in managing g-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies
• Valid LVN license in Texas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills :

• Experience with residents who have behavioral health needs or mental health issues
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications in behavioral health or specialized nursing

Preferred Education and Experience :

• Licensed Vocational Nurse credential with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar setting
• Past work supporting residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, especially those who are medically fragile

Other Requirements :

• Availability to work every other weekend
• Orientation period from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., for 2-4 weeks
• Ability to adapt to potential shift changes based on facility needs (advance notice provided)
• No on-call or callback responsibilities required
• Long-term commitment to fostering a safe and caring environment for our residents
