Accounting Specialist Job at MOHR Talent in Darien

We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Operations Specialist who’s ready to make an impact! In this role, you’ll help manage bank deposits, ACH transactions, and AP/AR processes while working alongside a dedicated and upbeat team. Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile bank deposits and ACH transactions daily
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Review, process, and verify invoices, credits, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor accounts
• Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
• Assist with reporting, broker credits, and aged accounts review
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, and accounting processes
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
