Overview

Nationwide Power Solutions seeks a talented Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic accounting team. The role requires clerical precision to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile payments, handle credit card submissions, and maintain vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments with accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
• Maintain tax compliance, support collections, and reconcile accounts.
• Oversee customer portals, expense reports, and monthly statements.
• Provide exceptional customer and team service throughout the invoicing process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Experience with MieTrak and CRM systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and continuous improvement mindset.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Occasional standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available.

Hours

Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / Friday 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation

$23–25 /hr
