Job Description Overview

We're hiring an Accounting Manager to join a dynamic finance team! This role will lead the D365 implementation as a subject matter expert (SME), then transition into a hands‑on accounting leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead D365 rollout, training & testing
• Oversee core accounting operations post‑implementation
• Manage financial reporting, consolidations (Oracle FCCS), and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications

• Strong Dynamics 365 (D365) experience
• Solid accounts receivable & accounts payable background
• Experience with Oracle FCCS or similar consolidation platform preferred
• CPA or relevant accounting certification a plus
• Knowledge of job costing or construction industry background a plus
