Position Overview
The Schuylkill Valley School District anticipates a full-time 12-month Accounts Payable and Transportation Secretary. Rate: $19.44‑$28.84 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Establish bus routes and manage transportation process.
- Communicate with parents, schools, and contractors.
- Process invoices for vendors, verify accuracy, and prepare reports for Board approval.
- Respond to emergency situations and multi‑task as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Acceptable record of attendance.
