Job Summary
As a Bilingual Airline Customer Service Agent, you will handle various airport and passenger services for Spanish‑speaking airlines. Your responsibilities include making reservations, issuing tickets, processing refunds, checking in baggage, collecting excess baggage fees, and providing general travel information. At the gate, you will help with boarding and deplaning, validate tickets, and manage reservations and luggage. You will also handle lost and found, trace missing items, process baggage claims, and process airfreight shipments.

City & Airport: Las Vegas, NV - Harry Reid International Airport
Compensation Rate: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part‑Time
Responsibilities
- Make reservations and issue tickets and itineraries.
- Compute fares and issue refunds.
- Check baggage and collect excess baggage charges.
- Provide general travel information to passengers.
- Assist with boarding and deplaning at gates and departure lounges.
- Validate passenger tickets and handle reservations, standbys, and luggage.
- Prepare and check flight forms and complete post‑departure procedures.
- Manage lost and found activities, trace, return found items, and process claims for damaged or lost baggage.
- Receive and process airfreight shipments, determine routing, compute rates, collect payments, and maintain shipment records.
- Report security breaches or suspicious activities to managers via the WFS whistleblower program.
- Remain aware of the activities of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non‑compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.
Minimum Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
- Ability to count money.
- Ability to judge distance.Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
- Must be willing to wear uniform and insignia as prescribed by the Company.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the Spanish language.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer experience necessary.
- Demonstrates qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment.
- Possess additional language skills beyond English and Spanish, as required by customer contracts.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds (31.9 kg).
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and days off.
