Office Assistant Part Time with Potential to Transition to Full Time $17-$19/Hour with No Benefits Located in Farmington Hills

Qualifications

  • Friendly 2-3 Years Customer Service and/or Administrative (Required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Typing Speed around 45 WPM
  • Impeccable Phone Skill and Etiquette
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well-organized, highly attentive to detail and a multi-tasker
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google
  • Experience in an office setting a plus
  • In office position
  • Ability to communicate well with the salesmen aged between their 20’s to 60’s

Responsibilities

  • Perform office support duties as assigned
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally with enthusiasm
  • Preparation of documentation/Word processing (i.e. letters, leases, offers, etc.)
  • Order signage install/removal requests and manage sign inventory
  • Maintain physical filing system
  • Assist Virtual Office Manager on physical filings, in office inventory tracking, and daily tasks
  • Using the printer/copier and understand basic electronic trouble shooting
  • Light accounting to include prepping deposit slips/checks and depositing receipts
  • Meet guests upon arrival, maintain lunchroom supplies, refill paper in printers, refill printed master documents
