Fox Motors has an Office Assistant opening in Farmington Hills, MI at Fox BMW of Farmington Hills. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing support to the office manager and dealership teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
- Records orders for merchandise, supplies, or service.
- Receives, counts, and pays out cash.
- Computes wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments.
- Provides backup support for any accounting or service clerical position on an as-needed basis.
- Handles special accounting projects as instructed by the office manager.
- Maintains office equipment (i.e., copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.). Trains dealership personnel in its use and troubleshoots problems.
- Answer phones/greet customers.
Qualifications
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems.
