Delivery Driver (Non‑CDL)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
  • Load and unload products, handling items carefully to avoid damage.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while optimizing fuel and time.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally during deliveries.
  • Verify delivery accuracy by obtaining signatures, completing delivery logs, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks, report maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries.
  • Handle delivery challenges such as incorrect addresses or customer concerns and report unresolved issues to management.
  • Assist with basic warehouse tasks when not on delivery routes, such as organizing inventory or preparing orders.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in delivery driving or logistics preferred.
  • Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable with long periods of driving and physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying.
