We’re seeking a dedicated Line Cook to deliver high-quality, inventive dishes in our New American fine‑casual dining environment. You’ll bring consistency, efficiency, and a passion for seasonal ingredients and creative presentations—think modern takes on classics like tea sandwich plates, crème brûlée French toast, and refined comfort dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items—including sandwiches, brunch specialties, desserts, and New American small plates—with precision and consistency.
- Plate dishes with care and attention to detail, ensuring every dish is visually appealing and tastefully balanced.
- Work effectively during peak service hours, coordinating with back‑of‑house staff to maintain seamless service and quality.
- Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety, including proper storage and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with inventory counts and replenishment to support smooth, uninterrupted service.
- Communicate clearly and work cohesively with line cooks, servers, and kitchen leadership to deliver consistent, on‑brand dining experiences.
- Handle service changes, assist with special requests or seasonal specials, and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (1–3 years) as a line cook or similar role in a fine‑casual or upscale dining environment—New American or similar preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, baking), ingredient seasonality, and flavor pairing.
- High energy, composure, and efficiency during busy service periods.
- Excellent attention to detail in both preparation and presentation.
- Solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- A team player mindset with strong communication skills in a fast‑paced kitchen.

Work Environment
This position primarily works in the kitchen, utilizing standard kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, ovens, and hot pans. The role requires frequent movement in and out of coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas while navigating various types of flooring.
Uniform Requirements
Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook and orientation guidelines. Non‑slip shoes are necessary.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of moving through an event space and traveling throughout the stadium.
- Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
