Sigma Continental (Or Crew West) is actively seeking experienced CDL A truck drivers to join our team for team runs. Immediate positions are available! As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground based out of the Fort Worth Hub, we are looking for experienced drivers who place safety as their top priority to enhance our workforce. Schedule & Shifts

Team Runs Out of Fort Worth, TX. 24/7 access to operations team and assistance with on‑the‑road issues.

Perks

• No Touch Freight - Drop & Hook
• Weekly Tuesday morning to Wednesday morning dispatches
• Typically 4 to 5 days out with 2 days off - home weekly

Compensation

• 80 Cents Per Mile (Team Split)
• Earn $1,200 to $2,000 (Paid Weekly)
• Weekly Minimum Compensation ($1200)
• Bonus Pay (5 cents per mile for all miles from start through January 10, to be paid January 16, with no missed dispatches or safety incidents or accidents)

Qualifications

• Minimum Age of 21
• Valid Class A CDL
• 12 Months of Verifiable Tractor‑Trailer Experience Within Last 3 Years, or; 5 Years Within Last 10 Years.
• Doubles Endorsement (Doubles Experience Not Required – Must Have Endorsement Prior to Start Date)
• Clean MVR
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No Cell Phone or Texting Tickets
