Production Assistant

ALCAL SPECIALTY CONTRACTING, INC. is currently accepting resumes for a Production Assistant position.

Location: Stockton, CA
Wage Scale: $20.00-$26.00

Responsibilities

• Scheduling installers for jobs
• Administrative tasks, assisting new hires, onboarding, and front desk duties
• Ordering materials
• Conducting weekly safety meetings
• Visiting job sites and general supervision of installers
• Other duties as assigned
• Abides by all safety rules and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent years of experience in the construction field
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, write correspondence and routine reports, speak effectively with various groups of people
• OSHA 30 certificate desirable
• Experience in the Commercial Construction field strongly desired
• Ability to operate a variety of office equipment and computer programs
• Valid CA Driver's License
