Manufacturing Operator

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46221

Duration: 12+ Months (Extendable)

Pay Range: $33.00/hr on W2

Openings: 5

Shift: 24/7 schedule (3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts). 12-hour shifts. 6:00pm/6:00am. Shift structure may vary depending on business needs.

Comments: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts. Shift starts at 5:45pm/5:45pm, gowned up and ready for the shift meeting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience in GMP environment.
• Strong multitasking, technical abilities, and troubleshooting.
• Must be a Manufacturing Operator (not a Warehouse worker).

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes in assigned department/area.
• Operate manufacturing equipment according to documented procedures and work rules.
• Ensure product quality and safety, meeting production standards in quantity and quality.
• Follow cGMP, safety guidelines, and all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean operating environment through light cleaning, stocking, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Write maintenance summaries of assembly and workstation areas as needed.
• Execute quality checks and document findings.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies, maintain a safe work environment.
• Wear required safety equipment (glasses, shoes, gloves, cap, etc.).
• Communicate clearly; possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Contribute to an inclusive, safe, pleasant work environment; teamwork and respect for people required.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
