LHH is hiring an HR Generalist for a well-regarded boutique law firm in South Charlotte. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering a strong workplace culture.

Position Overview

You will play a key role in managing core HR functions and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including law school outreach and summer associate programming.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
• Oversee timekeeping, PTO tracking, and performance reviews.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
• Support compensation benchmarking and professional development efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in organizations with 50–200 employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with ADP and SharePoint is a plus.
