Our client is seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) Payroll & HR Generalist responsible for managing all payroll functions and supporting a range of human resources programs and processes. This individual will ensure payroll accuracy, maintain employee records, support benefits administration, and assist with onboarding and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate time and attendance records.
- Review time clock data, address missing or incorrect punches, and ensure PTO and attendance accuracy.
- Prepare payroll reports, wage verifications, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage vacation, sick time, 401(k) contributions, and employee deductions.
- Maintain HRIS data, including new hires, terminations, wage changes, and garnishments.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies on temporary employees and track attendance.
- Conduct new hire orientations and basic safety training.
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and 401(k) enrollments.
- Prepare and maintain government and compliance reporting (ACA, census data, E-Verify, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and organized HR files, including I-9s and employee records.
- Support safety initiatives, including meeting documentation and first aid supply maintenance.
- Order office supplies and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish required.
- Experience with Paycor or similar HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
