We have carved out a strong presence in the IT community and are looking for IT Recruiters to expand our business.

Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking talented individuals to help in our continued success and growth. We seek ambitious Recruiters, Entry Level Candidates or candidates who would like a career change. Our 12-week training program starting January 5, 2026 will be held onsite in Parsippany, NJ, so you must be local or have arranged lodging for the duration of the training. You will participate in full life‑cycle of recruiting of IT professionals which includes sourcing candidates, cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing, and assessing resumes, preparing candidates for interviews, and negotiating salaries. You will have the opportunity to network and build relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.

Optimal candidates will have an interest in Sales or experience in Recruiting with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desire to succeed in a sales position is most important. We will provide all the tools to do so. We offer excellent earnings potential with competitive compensation packages.
