Position Highlights

• Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment
• Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care supported by a robust team of specialists
• Procedures can include simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc.
• Full-time, schedule can be 4 or 4.5 workdays per week
• Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians
• Must be comfortable working with advanced providers

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Indiana or ability to obtain prior to start
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

The salary range for Indiana residents is $226,000 to $366,000 per year. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution. OptumCare is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer under applicable law.
