What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct analysis on data, system, and operational issues to drive improvement
Design and implement processes to resolve fundamental go-to-market data issues
Create systems to capture, prioritize, and track user requirements
Drive critical projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams
Build and communicate bi-weekly program efficacy and efficiency metrics to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 7 years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment
Strong business acumen with distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills
Advanced SQL and Excel skills, including experience in financial modeling
Experience working with large data sets and creating scalable reports and dashboards
Proven stakeholder management experience with strong communication and influencing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or business analytics roles
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics)
MBA or higher degree in an analytical field
Prior experience at a growth-stage Internet/software company or FinTech
Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Salesforce.com
