What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development and execution of annual sales plans and long‑term strategic initiatives
Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, presenting recommendations to executive leaders
Oversee forecasting accuracy and drive performance management through structured business cadences
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive unified strategies that strengthen acquisition and retention
Provide insights that guide executive decision‑making and improve customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years of experience in Sales, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within the technology or real estate sector
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex insights to executive audiences
Strong analytical skills to analyze ambiguous business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Advanced proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Tableau
Proven experience in cross‑functional collaboration to drive business goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in a high‑growth technology or real estate environment
Familiarity with customer acquisition and retention strategies
Background in performance management and sales forecasting
Proven track record of driving operational excellence in sales processes
