As the Manager, Security Operations, you will lead RBI’s global security operations center (SOC) and incident response functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of RBI’s digital assets by proactively monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats across our global enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This position is based in Miami, FL and is in the office 5 days a week. Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage RBI’s Security Operations Center (SOC), including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. Develop and maintain playbooks, runbooks, and escalation procedures for security incidents. Oversee the implementation and tuning of security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, SOAR). Coordinate cross‑functional response to security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery. Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business Continuity teams to ensure alignment on security policies and incident response. Conduct post‑incident reviews and root cause analyses to improve detection and response capabilities. Monitor threat intelligence feeds and proactively adjust defenses based on emerging threats. Support audits, compliance initiatives (e.g., PCI‑DSS, SOX), and risk assessments. Mentor and develop junior analysts and engineers within the security operations team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience managing SOC operations and incident response. Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001). Hands‑on experience with SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, and cloud security tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
