Target turnaround ≤5 business days for standard requests. Witness & onsite testing: Serve as technical lead for customer or NRTL witness tests; capture logs, reproduce issues, and align on pass/fail criteria and risks. Technical risk reviews: Review specs/SOWs for feasibility, identify edge cases, and propose mitigations (alternate components, BIOS/UEFI settings, thermal profiles). Post‑sales support: Lead escalations from production or field, drive root‑cause with Engineering/Ops/Suppliers, and document corrective actions, aiming for >90% first‑pass fix. Solid bench/lab skills: DMM/oscilloscope, thermal testing, ESD‑safe handling, fixture setup, log capture (kernel, event, IPMI/BMC where applicable). Scripting for test and triage (Python and/or PowerShell). Experience writing crisp test plans/reports for external customers. Excellent customer‑facing communication and issue‑ownership across Sales, Ops, and Engineering. Preferred Skills Medical/regulated environment exposure (IEC 60601‑x, ISO 13485, IEC 62304 familiarity). Imaging at scale (MDT, Clonezilla, PXE), secure boot/TPM, BIOS customization workflows.
