Summary:
Were looking for an experienced Level 3 IT Support Technician to provide advanced desktop, server, and network support while managing Microsoft 365, including SharePoint administration. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 23 support for Windows/macOS systems, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange,
SharePoint , Teams, Azure AD). Manage and customize SharePoint sites, permissions, and document libraries. Perform Windows Server administration (user management, patching, backups). Troubleshoot network issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers). Document procedures and support IT projects, including SharePoint migrations. Requirements: 5+ years in IT support (Level3 preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint administration. Experience with Windows Server and basic networking. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Preferred:
Microsoft 365 Certified, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA.
