Director, Product Management, Account Data Product

About the Team Product role within Capital One's Encore organization reporting into the Innersourcing, Data, Engineering 360 and Analytics (IDEA) Team. Own strategy, build, adoption of Accounts Data Product for Credit Card business. Define vision, strategy and roadmap for data standardization, asset build for real time & batch and maturing the data product with governance and consumer adoption.

Responsibilities

Define the long‑term vision for Account Data Product, focusing on the data.

Partner with platform and product leads to define a multi‑year roadmap to deliver real‑time and batch data assets.

Drive convergence of consumers to the data product in a well‑managed way.

Provide visionary, practical leadership to balance maximizing value today while enabling modern platform.

Build and maintain a highly engaged, high‑performing team through development and recruiting and elevate culture and inclusivity across broader team.

Basic Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in Product Management.

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field.

A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

Compensation Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries by location.

McLean, VA: $226,000 – $257,900

New York, NY: $246,500 – $281,300

Richmond, VA: $205,400 – $234,400

Role eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation.
