The Director of Infrastructure & Operations will be a key driver in this transformation, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with our growth. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality, clean-label products to customers across North America.
Who you'll be working with. You’ll report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across our corporate and manufacturing sites. You’ll also work in partnership with the Information Security team to maintain a strong cybersecurity posture, and with external vendors to manage infrastructure services and tools. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and lead a high‑performing team while engaging with stakeholders across IT, operations, and enterprise applications.

What you’ll be doing.
Lead infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
Oversee network architecture, data center operations, and cloud services
Manage IT operations including service desk and hardware lifecycle
Ensure cybersecurity in collaboration with the Information Security team
Standardize operating procedures and IT policies across sites
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Support ERP and enterprise application implementations
Monitor KPIs for uptime, performance, and service delivery
Mentor and develop infrastructure and operations team
What you bring.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
5+ years of experience in leadership roles
Experience working in manufacturing environments and managing multi‑site operations
Strong knowledge of:
Network architecture
Cloud platforms
Cybersecurity best practices
Proven track record in leading infrastructure modernization and operational excellence initiatives
Excellent communication skills
Strong vendor management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead high‑performing teams
