Community Health Network MDAnderson Cancer Center is a partnership between Community Health Network and MDAnderson Cancer Center, one of the world’s largest and most respected cancer centers. The partnership formed in 2022 elevated a prior affiliation between Community and MDAnderson Cancer Network®, a program of MDAnderson. This new partnership represents a full clinical and operational integration of Community’s cancer services with MDAnderson across all five of Community’s sites of cancer care.

will join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in the Indianapolis, IN area. Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking a
BE/BC Plastic Surgeon
to join a reputable, well‑established practice of
four physicians
and multiple advanced practice providers in Central Indiana. We are seeking a highly motivated surgeon to continue to advance our surgical program to the next level. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and dedication to delivering high quality patient care.
Cancer care partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Network®
Community MDAnderson is one of a select few partners with MDAnderson, a global leader in cancer care, and the only partner in Indiana.
Specific area of focus will primarily be Breast reconstruction, including implant and autologous options
Plastic Surgeons must perform and assist on DIEP flaps, physicians currently support eight (8) breast oncologic surgeons
Comprehensive practice and multi‑disciplinary support and collaboration with medical oncologists, oncologic surgical specialists, genetic counselors, physical therapy, speech therapy, survivorship support, and nurse navigators
Robust research program with multiple open clinical trials available for patient enrollment
Flexible work schedule
Shared call amongst all partners
Employed model with competitive compensation and benefits package, including incentive bonuses
Opportunity to tailor practice to candidates sub‑specialty interests
Latest robotic technology and state of the art surgical suites
Licensure & Certification
American Board of Plastic Surgery certification
Indiana medical license will be required
